Hi slang gang, Hows it going? We are Venus Verse, We self released our first EP (Phazes) about 6 months ago, at first people started writing to us from Denmark, The Netherlands, and Greece, Now the EP is getting fan support up in different places of Europe and lots of daily downloads . Our music is pop melodic experimental/minimalism 80's pop--song influences, mixed with some trip hop . When we started offering our CD for sale and download about 1 month ago , we started selling some music in the UK , then more recently a French radio station named Aligre FM in Paris contacted us to play our songs and we sold some EPs in France, then a small underground German radio show played us a few times with good feedback . Now We are selling some CDs mostly in the UK and France but averaging 50 to 100 downloads per day from our myspace page and VV fanpage. When we first released the EP we had several podcastings from the UK and Greece and now that has spread to podcastings in other places of Europe and Russian Federation and even Poland. We are in the middle of recording our next EP and will be releasing a single w B side in a few weeks , because we are picking up so mostly European fans so fast we are looking for European support . We are just getting into tracking our rotations at some US college / Canadian radio stations as well. Here is our myspace page link and some other info about us if you are interested.
